CloneICP is a discovery tool, not a contact enrichment tool. We help you find the right people; you may need additional tools to obtain contact information.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.2 Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Each subscription tier includes monthly search limits. These limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused searches do not roll over.

- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by CloneICP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

- Results will lead to successful business outcomes
Search results are based on publicly available information and AI analysis. Results may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying information before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLONEICP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CloneICP harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
